Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality curriculum content in English Language & Literature, maintaining outstanding teaching and assessment standards.
• Create a nurturing and engaging classroom that supports students' right to learn.
• Develop differentiated lessons that meet diverse student needs within the IB MYP/DP framework.
• Collaborate closely with students, parents, and peers to foster a positive educational experience.
• Engage in school-wide activities and contribute to the overall welfare of the school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Language & Literature or equivalent.
• PGCE with UK Qualified Teachers Status, Bachelor of Education, or SACE.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven teaching experience, ideally within an IB school.
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding academic results.

Preferred

• Experience with the IB MYP/DP curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent level of IT skills.
• Willingness to engage in extra-curricular activities.
