Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Year 1 to Year 6.
• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with international standards.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support where needed.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
• Support the school’s mission by fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.
• Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student success.
• Manage classroom resources and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of two years of teaching experience at primary level.
• Consistently rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in recent teaching observations.
• Strong knowledge of international curriculum standards.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to meeting and exceeding all teaching standards.

Preferred

• Experience in a British International school or similar educational setting.
• Familiarity with Cambridge International Examinations.
• Strong team-working and leadership skills.
• Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish.
