Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Year 1 to Year 6.
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with international standards.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support where needed.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
- Support the school’s mission by fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.
- Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student success.
- Manage classroom resources and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience at primary level.
- Consistently rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in recent teaching observations.
- Strong knowledge of international curriculum standards.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to meeting and exceeding all teaching standards.
Preferred
- Experience in a British International school or similar educational setting.
- Familiarity with Cambridge International Examinations.
- Strong team-working and leadership skills.
- Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish.
