Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality learning through purposeful play and continuous provision
• Create engaging, child-centred learning environments that support early years development
• Plan and implement lessons that align with the British EYFS framework and Early Learning Goals
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly to ensure individual development
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent and supportive approach to teaching and learning
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity
• Support students with special educational needs where appropriate
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• UK-recognized teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE with QTS)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Reception within the British EYFS framework
• Strong understanding of assessment and the Early Learning Goals
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Enthusiastic, creative, and a strong team player

Preferred

• Experience with teaching English as a second language
• Familiarity with international curricula and cross-cultural education
• Experience in supporting students with special educational needs
