Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that align with the National Curriculum for England and promote student progress.
• Create a positive, creative, and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
• Utilize digital tools and technologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Provide timely, personalized feedback to students to support their academic growth and achievement.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the UK or in a British Curriculum school.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and current assessment practices.
• Experience with data systems, student tracking, intervention, target setting, assessment, and reporting.
• Commitment to outstanding teaching and learning and the ability to build strong partnerships with parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support whole school initiatives and improvement goals.

Preferred

• Experience in English language acquisition and early literacy development.
• Familiarity with the International School’s Partnership (ISP) Learning Hub and CPD programs.
• Experience in a multicultural environment.
