• Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure continued growth and excellence in teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the UK or in a British Curriculum school.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and current assessment practices.
• Experience with data systems, student tracking, and reporting.
• Commitment to outstanding teaching and learning practices.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with parents to support student success.

Preferred

• Experience in English language acquisition and early literacy development.
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on Year Leader responsibilities.
• Experience with curriculum development and whole-school initiatives.
