The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher KS1/KS2 to join a supportive team of educators. This role is central to delivering a high-quality, immersive curriculum that inspires young learners and supports their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
• Work collaboratively with a team of teachers and teaching assistants to plan and deliver a cohesive and stimulating learning experience.
• Support the development of students' academic, social, and emotional growth through high-quality pastoral care.
• Implement and monitor assessment for learning strategies to ensure continuous improvement in student achievement.
• Contribute to the delivery of a vibrant after-school activity programme, enhancing student engagement and development.
• Participate in the planning and delivery of specialist subjects such as Mandarin, Thai, PE, and Digital Literacy.
• Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Stay up to date with professional development opportunities, particularly in the areas of EAL and ICT.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Full working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• Experience in teaching or a strong desire to develop expertise in EAL strategies
• Excellent assessment for learning skills
• Commitment to student wellbeing and pastoral care
• Ability to work within and apply school policies, including child protection, behaviour management, and health and safety

Preferred

• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
• Experience teaching in the UK or with the English National Curriculum
• Experience with EYFS curriculum
