Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Religious Studies across multiple grade levels, including Foundation IGCSE to IGCSE.
• Develop and implement creative, active teaching strategies aligned with school ethos and best practices.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure consistent standards in curriculum planning, assessment, and moderation.
• Create an engaging learning environment that supports diverse student needs, including those with SEN/EAL.
• Promote faith formation and Catholic identity through programs, events, and student support initiatives.
• Support the Catholic and Lasallian Identity Committee (CLIC) and assist in the induction of new staff.
• Participate in school-wide activities, trips, and pastoral roles such as Form Tutor.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Commitment to Catholicism and the Lasallian values.
• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in Religious Studies or related subjects.
• Ability to teach across a range of ages and abilities.
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience with the IB Diploma Programme, particularly Theory of Knowledge.
• Familiarity with faith-based education and community engagement.
• Experience in pastoral care or student leadership development.
