Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the school.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required specification.
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Work closely with other members of the Housekeeping Department to ensure consistency.
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team.
  • Adhere to the school’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all areas are left in a tidy and presentable condition at the end of each shift.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays and during school hours as required.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
