Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Physics or Biology
- Experience in teaching Science at secondary level
- Strong understanding of curriculum planning and delivery
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing a knowledge-rich curriculum
- Background in collaborative planning and curriculum design
- Experience with pastoral care and student wellbeing
- Familiarity with teaching in a multi-academy trust environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
