Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
- Use assessment data and student feedback to personalise learning and support progress.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages independence and celebrates diversity.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure curriculum progression and alignment.
- Participate in extra-curricular and community engagement initiatives.
- Support the development of the first GCSE cohort in 2028.
- Engage in continuous professional development and reflection.
- Model professionalism and contribute to a welcoming school culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, BEd or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a relevant setting
- Evidence of strong teaching practice and student progress
- Alignment with the school’s ethos and commitment to professional growth
- Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular and whole-school initiatives
- Understanding of data-informed teaching and inclusive strategies
Preferred
- Experience in British or international curriculum schools
- Familiarity with KHDA or DSIB frameworks, particularly in chemical storage and Science technician management
