Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality art lessons aligned with the British curriculum
• Inspire and motivate students through creative and interactive teaching methods
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic expression
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects
• Support students in developing their skills and confidence in art
• Participate in school events and extra-curricular activities
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
• Stay up to date with developments in art education and pedagogy

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education or equivalent
• Proficient level of English
• Experience in a British school, preferably in the UAE
• Commitment to student wellbeing and a safe learning environment
• Passion for teaching and learning

Preferred

• Experience teaching at the A-Level
• Experience working in a diverse and international school environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
