Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
• Recognised secondary education teacher qualification in Economics (e.g., QTS, or equivalent in Hong Kong, UK, or mainland China).
• Minimum of two years of experience in teaching Economics at the secondary level.
• Strong understanding of the Secondary Economics Curriculum issued by the CDCHK or the National Curriculum of England.
• Excellent command of English for teaching and communication purposes.
• Valid background checks, including an International Child Protection Certificate or equivalent, confirming suitability to work with children.

Preferred

• Experience with the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).
• Familiarity with STEAM-based teaching approaches and innovation in education.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
• Experience in fostering student leadership, creativity, and critical thinking.
