Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons aligned with the National Curriculum of England and the Hong Kong curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic growth and student confidence.
- Develop and implement individualized learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning across the school.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in professional development and continuing education to maintain and enhance teaching expertise.
- Contribute to the school’s commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of teaching and school life.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
- Appropriate secondary education teacher training in Mathematics recognized in Hong Kong, the UK, or mainland China, or equivalent teaching qualification with QTS.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a classroom practitioner.
- Strong understanding of secondary-level mathematics pedagogy and curriculum, including HKDSE and IBDP specifications.
- Proficiency in English for teaching purposes.
- Evidence of relevant and challenging continuing professional development.
- Acceptable personal and professional background checks, including an International Child Protection Certificate and/or appropriate police checks.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching in an international or bilingual educational setting.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology integration in the classroom.
- Experience with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
