Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in English Language or a related field with PGCE
• Proven experience in teaching at the secondary level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with parents
• Commitment to student success and academic excellence
• Familiarity with the British curriculum and international education standards

Preferred

• Experience in teaching English as a Second Language
• Leadership experience or involvement in school initiatives
• Fluency in additional languages
• Experience with digital tools and online learning platforms
• Previous experience in an international school setting
