• Encourage independence, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve school-wide teaching practices.
• Assess, record, and report students’ progress accurately.
• Reflect on and improve teaching practice through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) in the relevant subject area
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Fluency in English

Preferred

• Experience teaching the IB curriculum
• Additional language skills
• Proven ability to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
