Key Responsibilities:

• Support student progress through regular assessment, feedback, and personalized learning plans.
• Promote a culture of health, fitness, and lifelong physical activity among students.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Stay updated on best practices in PE teaching and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A good bachelor’s degree and PGCE qualification from a reputable UK university.
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum at KS3-KS5 level.
• Strong knowledge of assessment practices and student progress tracking.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when needed.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Experience in international education settings.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with British School Overseas (BSO) standards and practices.
• Strong understanding of sports and physical education pedagogy.
