The Opportunity:

We are seeking an IBDP Computer Science Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction and inspire students from Grades 6–12. This role is ideal for an innovative educator passionate about digital literacy, programming, and computational thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Computer Science across Grades 6–8 and Grades 9–12 (HSD/IBDP/A Level pathways).
Design engaging, rigorous lessons that challenge and support learners of all abilities.
Collaborate on curriculum development and departmental resource planning.
Use assessment data to monitor progress and improve student outcomes.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs while maintaining class progress.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Uphold high standards of behavior, safeguarding, and student well-being.
Participate in extracurricular programs and contribute to school events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant Computer Science/Technology field.
Valid teaching certification meeting Qatar MoEHE requirements.
Minimum 3 years of successful teaching experience.
Experience teaching Computer Science at High School Diploma, IBDP, or A Level.
Strong understanding of curriculum development and digital learning pedagogy.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English.

Preferred

Experience with IBDP Computer Science.
