Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons aligned with the British Curriculum
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote student understanding and achievement
  • Assess and monitor student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support a consistent and high-quality teaching and learning experience
  • Participate in staff development and professional learning opportunities
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
  • Support students’ personal and academic growth through pastoral care and mentorship
  • Contribute to school events and activities that enhance the learning experience

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a closely related Science discipline
  • Recognised teaching qualification
  • Proven experience in delivering the British Curriculum
  • Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in an international school setting
  • Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment design
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
