Key Responsibilities:

• Coach at least one sport to a high standard.
• Officiate in at least two other sports with confidence.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of extra-curricular sports activities.
• Support both the preparatory and senior school sports programs.
• Participate in weekend fixtures and events.
• Promote a positive and inclusive sporting culture.
• Work collaboratively with other staff and students.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven ability to coach at least one major sport.
• Confidence in officiating at least two other sports.
• Experience working with young people in a sports environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching or education.
• Knowledge of sports development and curriculum planning.
• Experience with coaching in a school setting.
• Familiarity with sports safety and injury prevention practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of £24,454 per annum.
