Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement interdisciplinary STEAM programs aligned with IPC, IMYC, IGCSE, or A-Levels standards.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality, inquiry-based lessons that meet student needs.
• Manage and maintain student portfolios, documenting progress and learning outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with parents, students, and colleagues using professional and effective methods.
• Ensure the safe and efficient management of classroom resources and student wellbeing.
• Support the delivery of extracurricular activities, including ECA and Boarding lessons.
• Promote student reflection and self-assessment through a variety of assessment strategies.
• Stay current with professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong understanding of STEAM education and curriculum standards.
• Experience in teaching and learning across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and manage engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences.
• Proficiency in using technology as a tool for teaching and learning.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Preferred

• Experience with international curricula such as IPC, IMYC, IGCSE, or A-Levels.
• Background in teaching English literacy, including reading, writing, and phonics.
• Experience in managing and directing teaching assistants.
• Familiarity with ISAMS electronic systems and portfolio documentation.
