Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with national or international curricula.
  • Support student learning through inquiry-based approaches and individualized instruction.
  • Collaborate with the English and language learning team to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.
  • Design and implement online resources and learning applications to enhance student engagement.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
  • Liaise with parents and the wider community to support student learning beyond the classroom.
  • Participate in professional development and school improvement initiatives.
  • Manage classroom resources and maintain an up-to-date inventory of learning materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Detailed knowledge of English Language and experience with national or international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, PYP, IPC).
  • Ability to guide students in inquiry-based learning and support their academic growth.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum and assessment development in English Language.
  • Experience in identifying and supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience in developing online learning resources and educational applications.
  • Background in interdisciplinary course development.
  • Familiarity with international standards and assessment practices.
  • Experience in managing classroom behavior and promoting positive student engagement.
