The Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated T Level Health Teacher (Adult Nursing) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in health or science who is keen to deliver innovative and engaging T Level courses at levels 2 and 3. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the future of education in a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality T Level Health courses (Adult Nursing) at levels 2 and 3 to a diverse range of students.
- Develop and implement engaging teaching and learning strategies that support student achievement and progression.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help learners reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and incorporate new knowledge into teaching practices.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities and pastoral care where appropriate.
- Support students in their career development and progression into further education or employment.
- Undertake continuous professional development to maintain and enhance teaching standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to complete the Level 5 teaching diploma in education within the first year.
- Experience in health or science education, with the ability to deliver T Level Health courses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching T Level qualifications.
- Background in adult nursing or related health care field.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Knowledge of current health sector practices and developments.
