The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated T Level Health Teacher (Adult Nursing) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in health or science who is keen to deliver innovative and engaging T Level courses at levels 2 and 3. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the future of education in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality T Level Health courses (Adult Nursing) at levels 2 and 3 to a diverse range of students.
  • Develop and implement engaging teaching and learning strategies that support student achievement and progression.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help learners reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and incorporate new knowledge into teaching practices.
  • Participate in the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities and pastoral care where appropriate.
  • Support students in their career development and progression into further education or employment.
  • Undertake continuous professional development to maintain and enhance teaching standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to complete the Level 5 teaching diploma in education within the first year.
  • Experience in health or science education, with the ability to deliver T Level Health courses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching T Level qualifications.
  • Background in adult nursing or related health care field.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
  • Knowledge of current health sector practices and developments.
