Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Proven experience in teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school's mission and values.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
- Experience with inclusive teaching practices and supporting diverse learners.
