Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in a classroom environment, providing individualized assistance where needed.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation under the guidance of the teaching team.
  • Monitor and support students during class activities and breaks.
  • Maintain a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for all students.
  • Communicate regularly with teachers and parents to ensure consistent student progress.
  • Help organize and manage classroom resources and materials.
  • Support the delivery of extracurricular activities and school events.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field.
  • Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.

Preferred

  • Experience in a teaching assistant or similar role.
  • Knowledge of curriculum standards and learning support strategies.
  • Experience with technology in the classroom.
