Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in a classroom environment, providing individualized assistance where needed.
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation under the guidance of the teaching team.
- Monitor and support students during class activities and breaks.

- Communicate regularly with teachers and parents to ensure consistent student progress.
- Help organize and manage classroom resources and materials.
- Support the delivery of extracurricular activities and school events.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant qualification in education or a related field.
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
Preferred
- Experience in a teaching assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of curriculum standards and learning support strategies.
- Experience with technology in the classroom.
- Flexibility to work across different year groups and subjects.
