Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging and effective chemistry lessons for Key Stage 4 and 5 students

- Develop and implement classroom activities that promote student engagement and understanding of chemistry concepts
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the science curriculum

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A strong interest in Chemistry with relevant academic qualifications (A-levels or equivalent minimum; degree preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate secondary school students
- Basic IT skills for lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Willingness to learn new teaching methods and adapt to different learning styles

- Previous experience in education or related fields
