Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data-driven university, career, and academic counselling to individual students
- Develop and deliver engaging group counselling and teaching sessions
- Support parents through informative programmes on university and career topics
- Build and maintain relationships with university admission officers and external partners
- Represent the school at international university and career conferences
- Contribute to extracurricular and enrichment programmes
- Support school admissions and marketing initiatives related to university and career counselling
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognised institution
- Minimum four years of experience in university guidance, admissions, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in providing career and academic counselling to students
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to child protection and safeguarding
Preferred
- Experience with international higher education systems and application processes
- Background in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or bilingual education
- Familiarity with global university systems in the UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia, Europe, and Japan
