The Opportunity:

As an Admissions Officer, you will support prospective families through the admissions journey, from initial inquiries to accepting offers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure the best outcomes for students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support prospective families through all stages of the admissions process
  • Organise and manage Open Days and other school events
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the school’s curriculum, values, and opportunities
  • Maintain strong communication with applicants and their families
  • Collaborate with the wider admissions team to ensure a consistent and positive experience
  • Assist with the processing of applications and offers of places
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions and admissions data
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and admissions strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Preferred
