The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Arabic B Teaching Assistant to support students aged 4-11 in a dynamic and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in their learning through group and individual sessions
• Assist in planning, assessment, and record keeping for Arabic B classes
• Provide observational feedback to class teachers and year group leaders
• Cover for class teachers in their absence, as required
• Participate in CPD and other school-related duties, including school trips
• Develop and deliver provision in line with the school’s curriculum and values
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Recent school-based experience within the classroom
• Strong rapport with children aged 4-11
• High expectations of student attainment and behaviour
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Preferred

• CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Experience with Arabic language teaching or support
• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
• Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their learning
