Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teacher with classroom activities and lesson planning.
• Work closely with children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Lead intervention groups to support student learning.
• Prepare and maintain enabling learning environments that meet children’s needs and interests.
• Model the school's values in all interactions and communication.
• Comply with and actively support safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Take a proactive and professional approach to school life and continuous professional development.
• Undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience working with children or in an educational environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• A proactive and professional attitude towards school life and development.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or qualification in Arabic or Islamic language.
• Experience in teaching or supporting Arabic language learning.
