Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teacher with classroom activities and instructional tasks.
• Work closely with children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to enhance learning.
• Lead intervention groups to address individual learning needs.
• Prepare and maintain learning environments that are engaging and responsive to children’s interests.
• Model the school’s values in all communication and interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
• Take a proactive approach to professional development and school life.
• Undertake additional duties as requested to support the school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting.
• A patient and nurturing approach to teaching and learning.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or qualification in Arabic or Islamic Language.
• Demonstrated ability to support Islamic education and values in the classroom.
