Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in art and design education.
• Strong knowledge of art and design curriculum and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and motivate students.
• Commitment to the school’s values and ethos.

Preferred

• Experience in delivering art and design at both Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Experience in leading or contributing to a departmental team.
• Knowledge of using digital tools and technologies in art and design teaching.
• Experience in working with students with a range of abilities and needs.
