The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Art Teacher to provide high-quality teaching and learning during a maternity cover period in Term 3. The role involves delivering Art and Photography lessons, as well as supporting students during external examinations. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and reflective teacher to contribute to a vibrant, growing school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Art and Photography lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
• Support students during external examinations with cover lessons when needed.
• Collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team of educators.
• Integrate the Sustainable Development Goals and intercultural competencies into teaching.
• Prepare and plan lessons effectively with provided support.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to the school’s vision and values.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and creative learning environment.
• Support student wellbeing and personal growth through engaging and challenging lessons.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified secondary school teacher with experience in Art and Photography.
• Ability to deliver lessons in line with the school’s curriculum (including IGCSE and Cambridge Digital Media).
• Commitment to the school’s values, including sustainability, global mindedness, and student wellbeing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and adaptably with the teaching team.

Preferred

• Experience with Cambridge IGCSE Art & Design or Digital Media.
• Background in integrating the Sustainable Development Goals into teaching.
• Experience in a multicultural or international school setting.
• Reflective practice and a passion for lifelong learning.
• Familiarity with student-led learning and project-based approaches.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed salary of 99,000 THB per month.
• 25,000 THB housing allowance and health insurance.
• Support with visa and work permit processes if required.
