Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-achieving faculty to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding teaching and learning.
- Support the school’s leadership programme, which fosters character development and social action.
- Work closely with the Principal to implement school-wide strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring sustained academic excellence and attainment.
- Promote a positive school culture that reflects the school’s values and mission.
- Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the professional development of staff through mentoring and training opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- Proven experience in managing a high-achieving faculty.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sustained academic excellence and attainment.
- Strong commitment to the school’s core values and mission.
Preferred
- Experience in a leadership role within a high-performing school.
- Background in leadership development or character education.
- Experience with school improvement strategies and initiatives.
