The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-achieving faculty to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Support the school’s leadership programme, which fosters character development and social action.
  • Work closely with the Principal to implement school-wide strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring sustained academic excellence and attainment.
  • Promote a positive school culture that reflects the school’s values and mission.
  • Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the professional development of staff through mentoring and training opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Proven experience in managing a high-achieving faculty.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustained academic excellence and attainment.
  • Strong commitment to the school’s core values and mission.

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership role within a high-performing school.
  • Background in leadership development or character education.
  • Experience with school improvement strategies and initiatives.
