Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure mastery of AQA Required Practicals, developing students' technical precision and laboratory skills.
• Take a lead role in refining A Level delivery, focusing on synoptic demands and preparation for high-stakes exams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience as an A Level Biology teacher with a track record of achieving excellent student outcomes.
• Deep subject expertise in biological sciences, including the ability to explain complex biochemical and physiological concepts.
• Strong commitment to collaborative, evidence-informed teaching practices.
• Experience in developing student confidence and preparing them for progression into competitive degree pathways.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
