The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies and Computing across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop engaging, intellectually stimulating curricula that connect learning to enterprise, technology, and the world of work.
- Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching practices and share best approaches.
- Contribute to wider subject development and professional learning opportunities.
- Support the school’s ethos of literacy, behaviour, and character development.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events that promote student success and community engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Business Studies and/or Computing.
- Strong classroom practice and a commitment to high standards of scholarship, conduct, and participation.
- Ability to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 with flexibility to contribute to the wider subject offer.
- Experience in creating relevant and intellectually sharp learning experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Preferred
- Experience in developing cross-curricular links and integrating real-world contexts into teaching.
- Background in professional development, coaching, or leadership within education.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in digital learning and enterprise education.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice.
