Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies and Computing across Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Contribute to wider subject development and professional learning opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Business Studies and/or Computing.
  • Strong classroom practice and a commitment to high standards of scholarship, conduct, and participation.
  • Ability to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 with flexibility to contribute to the wider subject offer.
  • Experience in creating relevant and intellectually sharp learning experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience in developing cross-curricular links and integrating real-world contexts into teaching.
  • Background in professional development, coaching, or leadership within education.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in digital learning and enterprise education.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice.
