Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
  • Relevant degree in History or Politics, or a related subject.
  • Experience in teaching History at secondary level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching Politics at GCSE or A Level.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
  • Leadership experience or a track record of driving school improvement.
  • Experience in working with diverse student groups and communities.
