The Opportunity:
As a Business Support Officer HR and Welfare, you will provide essential administrative and HR support to ensure the smooth running of the school. This is a vital role in helping to create a supportive and successful learning environment for students, teachers, and the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR and welfare-related administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the delivery of HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage staff and pupil welfare programs, ensuring compliance with school and legal standards.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR records and documentation.
- Collaborate with school leadership and support teams to ensure the needs of the school are met.
- Support the implementation of policies related to staff and student wellbeing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and welfare services within the school.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*-C.
- Experience of working in an administrative setting.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Effective use of ICT packages.
Preferred
- Experience of HR Administration.
