Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the school reception.
- Provide a welcoming and professional service to all visitors, parents, and students.
- Support the administration team with a range of clerical and organisational tasks.
- Assist with the management of sensitive and confidential information.
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure that the school's policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
- Adapt to the changing needs of the school and the Federation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within a school setting.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic environment.
Preferred
- Experience working within a school federation or multi-academy trust.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
- Experience with administrative software and systems.
- Commitment to the values of excellence, no excuses, and unity.
