Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the school reception.
  • Provide a welcoming and professional service to all visitors, parents, and students.
  • Support the administration team with a range of clerical and organisational tasks.
  • Assist with the management of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure that the school's policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
  • Adapt to the changing needs of the school and the Federation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within a school setting.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a school federation or multi-academy trust.
  • Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
  • Experience with administrative software and systems.
