Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Citizenship lessons that promote critical thinking and active participation.

- Support students in understanding their role in the wider community and the importance of civic responsibility.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.

- Engage with the wider school community and contribute to events and initiatives that promote citizenship and social responsibility.
- Work closely with students to build confidence, independence, and a strong sense of identity and purpose.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Citizenship or a related subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and student wellbeing.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing citizenship-focused curricula.
- Background in ethics, social studies, or related fields.
- Experience with student mentorship or pastoral care.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Passion for community engagement and social responsibility.
