The Opportunity:
As a Marketing and Communications Executive, you will play a key role in strengthening the school’s online presence and brand identity. This is a strategic, impactful position that requires a blend of creativity, digital expertise, and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the brand voice, visual identity, and architecture across all channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns aligned to the admissions cycle and key events.
- Lead digital marketing strategy across organic and paid channels, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Champion compelling, audience-first storytelling that reflects the school’s energy and excellence.
- Work closely with the Admissions Team to support recruitment goals and ensure marketing activity aligns with the admissions journey.
- Manage and develop a team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Provide monthly performance reports with insights on website analytics, social media engagement, and campaign results.
- Oversee the production of digital newsletters, event content, and key publications across the school.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong digital copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned content.
- Experience with photography and video editing, and familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Premiere.
- Confidence in collaborating with staff and gathering information for digital stories.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written English.
Preferred
- Experience using AI-generated content tools and short-form video platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM-driven email marketing and campaign management.
- Experience with SEO strategy and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with managing external agencies and suppliers.
