Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with valid QTS or equivalent.
  • Experience in primary education, preferably with Early Years experience.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative.

Preferred

  • Experience with Early Career Teacher support programs.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Experience in delivering inclusive and differentiated instruction.
  • Demonstrated success in student engagement and achievement.
