Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.

- Work closely with parents and the senior leadership team to support student success.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with valid QTS or equivalent.
- Experience in primary education, preferably with Early Years experience.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative.
Preferred
- Experience with Early Career Teacher support programs.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Experience in delivering inclusive and differentiated instruction.
- Demonstrated success in student engagement and achievement.
