The Opportunity:

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the in-house clinical team, delivering bespoke assessments and interventions for students with complex needs. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional looking to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and supportive educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the in-house clinical team, providing supervision and support to team members
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans tailored to the needs of students with autism and neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead to ensure alignment with school and organisational goals
  • Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team and support service development
  • Ensure all interventions are in line with EHCP plans and delivered using the OFG ‘all,’ ‘group,’ and ‘individual’ clinical ways of working
  • Foster a person-centred, empowering approach to all clinical practices
  • Maintain strong safeguarding culture and ensure pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Degree or Doctorate in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychotherapy, or Psychology
  • Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a relevant professional body
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
  • Ability to produce clear and concise reports on clinical and research activities
  • Experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
  • Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service

Preferred

  • Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
