Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in leading curriculum development in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge in English and a deep understanding of the curriculum.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teachers and students.
  • Experience in working within a school improvement framework.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading a team of teachers or departmental leadership.
  • Familiarity with assessment and progression frameworks.
  • Experience with curriculum design and implementation in a high-achieving school.
