Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject; master’s degree is preferred.
• Significant teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Previous leadership experience such as a coordinator or lead teacher.
• Strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum and instructional planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using technology in an educational context.
