Key Responsibilities:

- Support pupil recruitment and retention through targeted campaigns and engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in marketing and communications leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of brand development and positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing a team and delivering strategic outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Preferred
- Experience in the education sector or working with independent schools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
