Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood or primary education, along with a recognized teaching qualification or license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a recognized school or international school environment.
• Strong classroom management and teaching skills with a focus on early years education.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection practices.

Preferred

• Experience working with international school inspection authorities such as DSIB or OFSTED.
• Knowledge of contemporary educational research and developments in the UAE.
• Experience in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with the New York State Next Generation Early Learning Standards.
