Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging physical education programs tailored to Early Years students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and active learning environment that promotes physical development and lifelong healthy habits.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate physical education with other curricular areas.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage teamwork, coordination, and motor skills.
• Promote the school’s values and mission through consistent, high-quality teaching and leadership.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching practice.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) in the relevant subject area
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Fluency in English

Preferred

• Experience teaching the IB
• Additional language skills
• Proven ability to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Strong understanding of best practices, current pedagogy, and technology-enhanced learning
• Passion for education and commitment to nurturing student potential
