Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an elementary or primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the United States of America curriculum and instructional strategies
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans

Preferred

• Experience with educational technology tools
• Background in teaching English as a Second Language
• Experience working in an international school environment
• Familiarity with Virginia State Standards and NGSS
