Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
• Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons

Preferred

• Experience with British curriculum delivery
• Proficiency in teaching English as a second language
• Familiarity with Academy Pathways or student enrichment programs
• Experience working in a culturally diverse environment
