The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for Key Stage One students.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
  • Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance student outcomes.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies in line with school policies.
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Support the school’s mission through active participation in extracurricular and enrichment activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the primary or elementary level.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage One.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create inclusive and differentiated lesson plans.
  • Demonstrated classroom management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school setting.
  • Familiarity with the British education system.
  • Proficiency in Arabic or other languages.
  • Experience with child-centered teaching approaches.
  • Background in early years education or special needs support.
